How to make a complaint

We will contact you by telephone to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we can’t reach you when we first attempt to contact you we will email you.
What can you expect when you have registered a complaint?
We will do all we can to provide you with a suitable response relating to your complaint, and aim to resolve your complaint upon first contact.
However, if you are not happy with our response we will escalate it within the company and let you know if there’s any that can be done to resolve it. We will keep you informed of progress and changes.
