Project Manager - Altrincham UK

Salary £45,000 plus bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop a successful career with a forward thinking global business. Due to our phenomenal success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a passionate and driven Project Manager This is a hugely exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to join a fantastic expanding financial services business based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. This is an exciting and fast paced role that will require you to be a passionate, energetic team player who is achievement oriented.

Key responsibilities:                

  • Responsible for a range of technical projects from conception to delivery;
  • Liaising with developers and acting as the interface between them and internal project stakeholders;
  • Have an understanding of technology and how to most efficiently implement it to make “business sense”;
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure delivery is planned and aligned with strategy, providing regular and accurate reports against plan;
  • Translate gaps between current state architecture and strategy into project plans;
  • Track project actions ensuring all actions are completed on time and to a high standard;
  • Assess, control and manage the risks to the project, prepare mitigations and contingency plans and have responsibility for project administration, record keeping and status reporting;
  • To be accountable for the timely creation and quality of all associated project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle;
  • To provide ongoing operational management of the CRM system, Salesforce.com;
  • Manage a development queue, creating tickets for developers and set expectation levels internally of development time;
  • Manage the outsourced development team.

Experience:

  • Demonstrable technical project management experience;
  • Experience of delivering projects in complex environments with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience of project managing complex sales automation processes;
  • Experience of negotiating with stakeholders in respect of project resources and delivery;
  • Experience of working with JIRA;
  • Experience of managing outsourced resource teams;
  • Experience of developing project plans and managing project risks and issues;
  • Experience of working with Salesforce.com.

PHP Back End Developer - Altrincham UK

Salary £35,000 – £40,000

Due to our phenomenal success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a talented PHP Developer with a focus on back-end development to help build out our innovative financial product. This is a hugely exciting and highly rewarding opportunity to join a fantastic expanding financial services business with over 75 employees based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Working closely with the Head of Development, the successful candidate will be instrumental in helping to design and implement distributed micro applications. This is an exciting opportunity that will require you to be a passionate, energetic, and creative team player who is achievement oriented.

Key responsibilities:                

  • Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle;
  • Writing good quality, efficient and testable code;
  • Providing help and support to other team members as and when required.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of RESTFul architectures (both client and server);
  • Strong PHP knowledge;
  • Solid experience with GIT;
  • Strong experience with at least one lightweight PHP MVC framework, preferably Lumen;
  • Solid experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL;
  • Solid experience with test automation;
  • Experience with composer and independent packages development.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Swagger or RAML;
  • Previous experience working with microservice architecture;
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (we use Drone);
  • Experience with Docker;
  • Experience with NoSQL technologies;
  • Experience with AWS.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware Sales Executive looking to progress with a forward thinking business.

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales revenue targets by creating business opportunities from self generated and Company generated leads;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients that lead to increased revenue;
  • Drive new business development with existing and new prospect accounts;
  • Carry out effective account management providing excellent customer service;
  • Deliver sales quotas in relation to revenue targets by achieving call volume.
